How long does it take to get setup on BandSiteLive?
After your account is created, you can be up and running with a BandSiteLive website within minutes. If you are transferring a domain to us (www.yourdomain.com), you should expect to wait up to 48 hours before your domain name propogates throughout the web.

Already have a website? That's okay because you can still sign up for a BandSiteLive website! You have 2 options:
1) Start a brand new site with BandSiteLive and move the content from your existing site to BandSiteLive.
2) Keep your existing site design, but enable it with BandSiteLive tools (contact us for pricing).

Can I get my own domain name for my website?
Yes. Soon after signing up, your website will exist at http://user.BandSiteLive.com/yourbandname. You can even transfer a domain to us so that your website address is www.YourBandName.com.

How much storage space will we give you for your website?
75mb. That's enough space for lots of photos and several mp3's.

Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Can I sell my CD's on my BandSiteLive website?
Most of our customers setup a "Buy now" button on PayPal and add the link to their BandSiteLive website. It works great.

Do I need to download and install software to use BandSiteLive?
No. All you need is an Internet connection. Your web-based control panel is available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
